Job Purpose:

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Review, plan, and schedule authorized field service work
Complete servicing and installation duties on-site efficiently
Maintain a clean and tidy work vehicle
Build and maintain strong connections with customers over the phone and in person
Maintain high standards in a time-critical situation
Comply with safe work practices and health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures
Actively prepare and load vehicle with supplies needed for regular maintenance tasks
Maintain precise records of all job notes, specifications, and advice
Identify and report any recurring issues, including defects in the solution or procedure
The service site must be secured before work can commence there
Cleaning is required before, during, and following the service
Protect service site and clean prior to beginning work, during and following service
Manage time efficiently to consistently meet appointments times
React quickly to changing internal and external business conditions and propose effective alternatives
Manage and resolve potentially stressful and difficult situations by involving the right people at the right time
Gain a clear understanding of all GreenFox Windows and Doors products and parts
Acceptance of miscellaneous duties as required
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in service or installation of windows and doors
2+ years’ experience in customer service
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License & Clean Driver Abstract
Mechanically inclined with mechanical aptitudes and enjoy working with your hands
Excellent customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
Communication effectively in English both verbal and written
High comfort level working in a fast-paced team environment that is constantly changing
Pressure to produce tangible results and complete projects within tight timelines
Troubleshooting abilities to analyze problems and provide solutions
Ability to prioritize your daily work and organize yourself to meet multiple deadlines and meet customer needs
Ability to lift heavy items
Practice good attendance and punctuality

Position: Installation Manager
Job Summary:

- You will perform on-site technical and operation management
- You will oversee and manage 3rd party installation subcontractors to successfully deliver project installations

- You will perform site inspections after installation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- You will complete and submit regular reports covering all jobsite activities
- You will ensure that the company-issued tools for the job site are tested, kept secure, and kept in good condition
- You will represent the Company at customer premises in a professional manner at all times
- You will comply with all company policies, procedures, and practices through consistent work practices

- You will complete service call reports, order necessary stock supplies
Your profile:
- You have 5+ years experience of replacement window, door, and siding installation experience
- You are experienced in applying complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular area of specialization
- You are familiar with continuous improvement processes and methodologies
- You are fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.) and Windows operating systems
- You have a strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Position: Manufacturing Production Team Members - PVC Windows Glaziers
Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00PM
Starting wage is based on experience and can range from: $16.25/hr - $20.50/hr.
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and occasionally lift 100+ lbs with assistance
- Experience in manufacturing PVC windows glazier is a must, and sliding doors

- Review orders, prep materials using power tools, hand tools, saws
- Hardware installation, sealed unit glazing, glass installation, screen fit, assembly, packaging, and other various tasks

- Wear proper PPE and follow safe work practices at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with general labor/construction/manufacturing an asset

- Standing for 8-hr, lifting/maneuvering of products required (medium lifting); handling of materials
