We had a great experience with Green Fox windows. Staff were all professional and helpful. Windows are great and were installed quickly and well.

From Start to finish I was very happy with this company. We had 10 windows installed. Some large picture windows and some windows with openings.We had a few companies give us quotes and right from the get go GreenFox impressed me. Vlad was very professional and personable. He didn't mansplain anything to us and always provided honest answers. The process was very smooth and easy.The installation was impressively efficient and thorough. I requested to have my old windows saved and the crew did the best they could with old wooden windows. We had our outdoor cats and dogs onsite as I couldn't lock them up and the crew were so good with the animals. They cleaned after themself and left the site clean and left me from having to worry over my kids finding some debris. The workmanship was excellent.Ive already recommended this company to a few people and would full heartedly recommend them to anyone.

We had two exterior doors replaced and we are thrilled with them – we have had lots of compliments from the neighbors. I’m giving GreenFox a 5-star rating because at the end of the day we care about getting a quality product, professionally installed and that is what we received. However…First the good – the installer (Artem) was EXCELLENT. A true craftsman, it was a pleasure to watch him work. He was meticulous and left the house spotless when he was done. I cannot say enough good things about him. Everything on the installation was perfect.GreenFox’s project management could use some improvement. We purchased our doors in July of 2021 and they were installed in March 2022. When we purchased them we were given an install window of Dec 2021. We were also told that they were experiencing supply chain issues. All understandable. Dec came and went and we had not heard anything. I don’t want to taint the overall experience with details of unanswered emails and subsequent phone calls to follow up etc. Let’s just say we are reasonable people – all it would take is for the project manager to contact us PROACTIVELY (maybe once a month) to say – haven’t forgotten about you, things are moving slowly – whatever. There was a lot going on in 2021 – we understand. Just keep in touch with your clients. I should also note that it’s been a month since the doors have been installed and we have not heard a peep from the project manager to see if we are happy. We are. Thank God for Artem! GreenFox give him a bonus.

We had excellent process with Green fox from Vlad to Milan and Riley who did the final inspection. Vlad was really great at answering any questions. I went with this company not because this was the cheapest quote but because I wanted the job done right. I was not disappointed. I had multiple windows installed including a sliding patio door. The installation was excellent! In recent -30 temperatures no condensation on any windows and no drafts anywhere. Great followup after the install to ensure I was 100% happy. I would absolutely use them again.

Beautifully designed windows and doors with side light. Very goodworkmanship. There is a huge difference in the warmth and the noise level from the outside.

We had a few different quotes and we decided to go ahead with greenfox mainly because of the warranty. The windows were installed and the quality feels durable. The customer service was constant and that's important to us.

I would have to say that we are very pleased with the quality of the windows we installed, as well as the installation. Our neighbor recommended them, and we were glad we chose them. The windows are high quality, and the warranty is very good. The installation was professional and quick (once we received the windows, which did take about six months). One thing they could have done better was to be more helpful with supplying information on the Canada Greener Homes Grant. It was very difficult to get information on whether the windows qualified for the grant. Many other window companies are advertising the rebates on their website, but Greenfox does not. Doing so might draw more customers.

While I'm not impressed with the companies lack of communication which was none at all. Would've been nice if they contacted me to let me know that the windows were two months late or if they even gave me accurate information when I called them.Their installers on the other hand are fantastic, they're quick, organized, respectful and will answer any questions you have. If I could give them their own review they'd get a 5 star.

We had an existing 31 year old cantilevered front room window that had been leaking for sometime. Prior to the new window installation, the window technicians (Dennis and Nick) replaced all the severely damaged wood, reinsulated ,new plywood, air barrier and reinstalled the siding to its original below the window. They were courteous and worked continuously until the job was completed. They cleaned up all the debris. We would highly recommend Greenfox and their professional team.

We had Greenfox Windows replace 2 large windows in our living room and dining room in August of this year. From the outset to completion we were totally satisfied with how everything was handled. There was a problem with a solvent mark left on our dining room table but Vlad, the project manager ensured that the table was completely refinished professionally. No matter how good a company is problems can arise, it’s how they handle the problems that is most important and Greenfox fully deserves the 5 STARS I give them.

My husband and I ordered windows late May 2021, windows were suppost to be installed beginning of August. Unfortunately we had to call them to find out there was delays in shipments due to covid, communication on there part would have been appreciated. But in October we got our windows installed and are very happy with them and the installation team was very good had them put in quick and clean up was excellent. Besides the wait for our installation we were over all happy.

GreenFox provides quality windows, professional service, works with the customers and backs their product. Installers are polite and protect your property but prepare for long days during the installation. Alex was very thorough, polite, answered all our questions during the initial visit. He is a top-notch expert who covered both the art and science in his window configuration and selection. After he left we were excited about new windows and he left no doubt we called the right people for the job.

They did a quality job replacing 4 windows in our house with triple pane windows. One window had an arch in the top, and the new window fit perfectly. From what I saw during installation, they did well insulating around the windows. Looking forward to a warmer bedroom this winter!

Just got a visit from the Client Relations Manager ' Riley Ruddell ' for the final inspection. Like all the other people that my wife and I have met or dealt with from this company, including the receptionist, which I unfortunately cannot remember her name at this time, they are ALL AMAZING. We were very impressed with Tony the project Manager who explained in detail the product, installation procedures and financing options they offered. We were also amazed by the workmanship and professionalism from the installers ANDRE and LURII. We asked for quotes from 7 other companies before choosing this one, we are very happy with our choice. Alex, the Project Manager, was awesome! The 17 windows and four outside doors were as promised. Milan, the installer (with a European work ethic) was nothing short of incredible! Like with any project, issues arise. The proposed solutions to deal with those issues show the mettle of the installation crew. To reiterate, Milan was something else! The GreenFox administrative staff were also good in keeping us apprised of the status of our order especially in view of the delays brought about by the “pandemic.” In short, kudos to GreenFox for a job well done!

I ordered 10 windows from Green Fox to replace the old ones in my older bungalow. The estimated delivery time was three months but I got a phone call in about two months that my windows arrived. There was no problem and no extra charge to keep them in their storage for two more weeks as I was not ready for installation. It took them two days to install all windows. Installers were punctual and clean. I was happy with the whole installation process. Vlad, the project manager, was very attentive to all my questions and requests. At the end they send their own inspector to check on windows and I got a warranty certificate. Overall, I am happy I chose this company and would recommend it to others.

We had a good experience with Greenfox. The salesmen we had was very friendly and ordering was easy. The windows themselves operate very well and look great.However - after install, I found a couple of nails in our grass and my garden so I bought a giant magnet to run over the area and was pretty shocked to find not just one or two but 20+ nails/screws and an exacto blade around/under where the installs were done. I have a dog and frequently go outside barefoot. These could have seriously hurt someone.

Had GreenFox replace all my windows and doors, I got a few quotes from different companies, they price matched the lowest quote and Tony the sales rep even stepped up and offered 3 pane windows for the same price as the lowest quote was for just 2 pane windows. It took a long time for them to finally install everything, but due to Covid19 and just supply chain issues that was understandable. In our original quote we missed one window for the basement but when installation started I realized that it was missed in the original quote and I contacted Tony to let him know and he corrected it right away. My wife being a little unsure of the window style we had picked for our front and rear doors changed her mind a few weeks before install and they still accommodated us with that change, overall I will say that Tony the sales rep did a great job and Petro and his team of installers treated our house with respect, always putting runners down not to damage our flooring and always cleaned up after themselves, they worked fast and did good quality work, after the work was done they had Riley the client relations manager come out for the final inspection and I had a few little concerns that I mentioned and was assured that they stand behind their products and will rectify any issues that might come up within the warranty time period, we had a small hole in one of the screens and they replaced it in due time.

My experience with GreenFox is it is a very "customer satisfaction " orientated company. The salesman at no time pressured the sale. He was very informative about the product answered all my questions in a way I could understand. The installers put down tarps to walk on, swept and vacuumed after them self's and picked up all the debris from the old windows, like they weren't even there.Great company, great job, windows are amazing!

Happy the back door is in, inspected and even got curtains up now! Good solid workmanship and really happy able to get something to fit the slightly narrower door, since they make the doors themselves. Really glad we were still able to include a window, and not have the doorknob squished to one side in a cutout like the last door we took out had, which was an issue many places would have run into if not manufactured in house

I needed my patio door replaced as the final component in replacing all my windows. I chose Green Fox as they had replaced a previously installed window which had been vandalized. Alex, the project manager, came to give an estimate and was both very professional and personable. The cost estimate, lead time, and installation estimate were very reasonable. When the doors were built and received at Green Fox they were very accommodating on my desired install date. The installer, Dennis, happened to be the same person who had installed all the other new windows in the house so I was very pleased with that. He did the same excellent job on the patio doors as he had on the windows.I would certainly recommend Green Fox Windows for any window or door replacements you might be needing.

Super happy with most of the installation. installers were pleasant and cleaned up very well. Window were in stalled plumb and square with a top of line low-e Hilti foam insulation. Interior casing joinery was very well done and interior caulking very good. The only significant complaint was the exterior silicone caulking with was quite poor in my opinion. Granted caulking to wood siding and brick is more difficult but still should have been better.

Greenfox did an awesome job on our doors and basement window replacements. There was a hiccup in the ordering of our windows with the wrong size bit they caught the issue and remedied it right away. Great sales team and they sent a supervisor to double check everything a few weeks later free of charge to confirm everything was done right 🙂

I was so appreciative of the estimate being done right at my home the day Vlad came and he was so helpful answering all of my questions and making suggestions. The install went great as well and the installers kept me in the loop with where things were at and it went faster than was anticipated. I would definitely recommend using this company as their customer service is exceptional and is matched by their work. My new favorite window is above my sink and is now a large awning window and brings in so much light and a great view.
